INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

Massaging
• Shoulders
• Arms
• Neck
• Scalp
• Face

By stimulating the circulation, it relaxes the scalp, tones up the muscles, relieves eye strain and headaches and improves concentration.
It also eliminates muscle tension & restores joint movements by stretching and mobilising the tissues of the neck & shoulders.
We enrich the massage with Reiki Healing.

Modern office managers are beginning to realise that traditional therapies such as Indian Head Massage can offer a quick and pleasant way of improving productivity, efficiency and alertness.

Relieving stress reduces tension in the work place and minimises anxiety-related illnesses. The whole massage, which is relaxing and enjoyable, lasts about 15 - 30 minutes.

Before or after work, or fitting easily into the lunch hour, "on the spot" massage can thus provide invaluable benefits, improving performance and morale - and you don't even need to take your clothes off !

Some of the benefits are:
• General relaxation for muscles, providing immediate relief of   tension.
• Receiving general energetic healing.
• Giving you a sense of calmness, peace and tranquility.
• Releasing stagnant energy.
• Creating high levels of alertness.
• Allowing clearer thinking.
• Releasing of toxins from tense knotted muscles.

"Hi Delphiris,
I'd just like to take the time to say a big thank you for sharing your knowledge with me, I had a really great day and enjoyed learning a wonderful healing treatment. It gave me a space to evaluate myself, which is still being processed with me, I feel different like I'm in a bubble (that's the only way i can discribe it), and it feels weird but good. (If only I didn't have to go back to work Monday). I've been practising on my husband, he really felt the benefit the next day, my son who's 11 said it was ok, so I'll take that as pretty good. Please keep in touch and thank you again. Love and best wishes,

Gail sent me this email a month later: (She also is a Reiki practitioner)

"I just wanted to share with you my first amazing treatment, this person has bi-polar and had many different relaxation treatments over the years and was very sceptical, no-thing as worked until today, she almost straight away felt heat over her left nape of the neck going right over her head and felt lightness, almost dizzy, but ok, when i got to the throat charkra she felt intense burning. As soon as the treatment come to an end she was so relaxed ,then the tears come even though she felt so good. I'm now a 110% believer. I ve known this person for 30+ years, and I've never known her be so calm and relaxed nor has she. She's a bit taken back by the whole experience, I texted her later and she's fine, still calm which her partner thanked me for.
Thank you for this wonder skill, knowledge you've shared with me, I will be grateful to you for this gift. Keep well Gail" xx

"I have recently completed an 'Indian Head Massage Workshop' with Delphiris which I can recommend highly. I had been looking for a short/one day course in the area and a google search linked me to Delphiris. Having just spent a number of months taking adult part time courses, I found Delphirises workshop very open and unrestricting. She teaches in a style that flows effortlessly, and we quickly worked our way through the day, even with my sometimes slow processing and awkward learning style I came away happy and confident in my new found skills. Like Delphiris I am also a Reiki Master and this workshop allows the combination of the two, although you do not need to practice Reiki to complete and practice "Indian Head Massage" The techniques that Delphiris teaches helps anyone to be naturally grounded and to carry out the massage with movements that naturally use our own healing energies and body weight/movement, along with our breathing to enhance the treatment. It is well worth logging on to Delpirisis web site as She has so much to offer and hopefully you will leave with new skills and a happy heart, as I did. Be Happy, Be Well"

"Thank you so much for yesterday. I really enjoyed the day and even had a practice session on my partner in the evening. He loved it and felt the benefit of easier movement in his neck straight away!   I am feeling quite relaxed and drained today; a bit spaced out and dizzy actually. Could this be a reaction from the massage? Thank you again."
