Reiki is the Japanese word for universal Life Force. 'Rei' means universal, transcendental, spirit, mysterious power or essence. 'Ki' is the CHI of the Chinese, IGHT or holy ghost of the Christians, Prana of the Hindus, Pneuma of the Greeks and Baraka of the Sufis. Reiki is the vital life force itself, therefore we all have, or are Reiki, for it is our birthright. It is the Attunement (Initiation) that the student experiences in the various levels of Reiki Training, which is different from other healing methods. It is an ancient technology for fine tuning the physical and ethereal bodies to higher vibratory levels. Reiki is a very practical, simple and almost effortless way of reconnecting the God/Goddess within.
 
Reiki by the sea
While classes are still held in London, I also offer the beginning of this new journey in a more natural environment.
Away from pollution, your senses will be heightened.
Being in nature, particularly surrounded by the sea environment, increases the healing process.
Your whole being will become intoxicated with the freshness and purity of the ocean, which will enhance the attunement process.
This attunement becomes the foundation of aliveness, expansion of your true self and wholeness.
 
REIKI TREATMENTS
The recipient lays on the treatment couch fully clothed. The practitioner rests the hands gently in various positions on the recipient's body for 3-5 minutes at the time. Reiki offers a feeling of well-being, balance and harmony. It can heal body, mind and spirit. Reiki harmoniously restores and balances. It reduces stress and increases vitality.
 
 
REIKI TRAINING
 
Reiki 1
Re-awakens your natural healing ability and stays with you for the rest of your life. You are initiated and aligned to the Reiki healing energy via a series of simple, yet powerful attunements. We will show a sequence of hand positions for treating yourself and others, animals and plants.
It is a lifetime investment bringing you considerable benefits.
Cost £110.
Dates: monthly courses - weekends and weekdays.
Reiki 2
Goes much deeper. You are taught to use effectively sacred symbols and receive powerful attunements.
You learn to heal beyond time and space and discover the infinite ways to be creative with the symbols.
Cost: £195-220.
Dates: monthly courses - weekends or weekdays.
 
Master Teacher training
The process leading to qualification as a Reiki master requires deep commitment, experience, awareness and maturity from student and teacher. With Delphiris the training is something akin to an apprenticeship. Consequently each master training is tailored to the needs of the individual.
